His history includes corporate curriculum design focusing on influence, leadership, and high-performance training and development.

Kirkland Tibbels

Co-Founder & Chairman

Kirkland Tibbels is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Influence Ecology. He is considered one of the leading philosophers in the field of Transactional Competence, having published and contributed to the only comprehensive text on the subject, Transactionalism: An Historic and Interpretive Study by Trevor J. Phillips.

Marne has 25 years of diverse training experience and has delivered individual coaching as well as group programs to more than 30,000 people worldwide in both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. She teaches people how to take the proper, deliberate, and incremental actions necessary to cultivate the habits and practices that are essential to achieving long-lasting results.
