His history includes corporate curriculum design focusing on influence, leadership, and high-performance training and development.

Marne Power is a senior Faculty Member for Influential U. Marne has 25 years of experience in the training and development industry. This includes working with leaders, managers, and executives, as well as designing and leading programs on a wide range of topics for tens of thousands of people worldwide.

Kiwi Drew Knowles is Vice President, Asia-Pacific Region. He is one of the five global Partners and is accountable for Influence Ecology Asia-Pacific. He has over 20 years of experience in human performance and behaviour, facilitating programmes to over 15,000 people in various industries, occupations, and cultures all over the world.

Tim Nicklas

Tim Nicklas’ 15+ year career in healthcare as an engineer, entrepreneur, and manager has focused on using digital technology to improve human movement performance. He has utilized his study with Influential U to create a healthcare innovation program and a digital health startup and run a clinical department. He’s now applying his unique skills and experience to his Faculty and Client Manager roles at Influential U.

Josh Damigo

Program Faculty

Josh Damigo is a senior Faculty member and the West Coast Client Manager for the United States and Canada for Influential U, the leading business education in Transactional Competence. With a history as a talented recording artist, Josh also serves as the host of two local Ventura County Chambers of Commerce.
